What do I get?
It depends upon the deal you’ve purchased. Check your voucher.
Some deals come with a print package, generally (2) 8×10 prints of 1 image.
Images other then your deal package are available for purchase, as single prints and an additional print packages. Most print packages beyond the deal allow for multiple images in a package.
Do you offer poster size prints or prints on canvas?
Yes. We also offer t-shirts, coffee mugs, mouse pads, ipad and iphone covers. If you can think of it, we can have your image printed on it.
What is a Proof CD?
A Proof CD includes low resolution watermarked images to show what is available for purchase.
They are watermarked to protect my copyrights so people can not print them in their own, which harms my business. If you have questions about watermarking, please go to – https://cainimages.com/v7/watermarking-images/
Can we purchase a DVD of all images?
Yes. The cost of a High Resolution DVD would be $300.
If we only can choose One Image, will you shoot more?
Yes. I generally try to shoot a variety of images. My background is photojournalistic. So, I try to make pictures that visually establish the relationships between subjects in the images. You can’t do that by making a single image and exiting. We’ll shoot until I feel we have what we need to accomplish those goals. Also, you may have some ideas, and then I may have some ideas for the shoot so we’ll try a few concepts. We generally won’t need more then 50 images.
Can my pet be in the pictures?
No pets. The deal is for people only.
Can I use an image for a card?
No. This shoot is for personal use only. No publication rights are granted. Any such use is a violation of copyright law.
That option is available with a $100 purchase of a high resolution image file.
How far will you travel?
We’ll travel anywhere within reason. As for the deal, which is subject to a 15 mile radius of Zip Code 18929, we will travel within that 30 mile zone. For other locations outside the 15 mile radius of 18929, there would be a charge of $1.50 per mile over 30 miles. Any additional payment for mileage and tolls can be applied to a print package of your choosing.
What if we want to shoot at a park in Center City or a monument?
I’ll shoot there, but parking fees and other expenses would be applied to the shoot.
If you’d like to shoot at a location such as The Aquarium in Camden, NJ, you would be responsible for the admission, parking, and any other fees associated with the shoot.
How would I book a shoot?

Fill out the form. We may not be available on the dates and times you would like, but we will do everything possible to accomodate you. If a date doesn’t work, we’ll make a suggestion as to a date that does work.
Can I see some samples from a family shoot?
Yes. Go to http://cainimages.photoshelter.com/gallery-collection/Family/P0000bxBYJirnblU to see some of our recent family shoots. Each gallery is from a FULL shoot. You can also view all live galleries by visiting http://cainimages.photoshelter.com.
Can we use the deal for a wedding or engagement session?
NO. THIS DEAL DOES NOT APPLY TO THAT DIVISION. No reproduction rights for “save the date” or “newspaper announcements” are granted.
We have a separate division for wedding and engagement photography @ http://www.loveweddingphotos.com. Most packages come with an engagement session.
How will I view my images?
When your shoot is completed, we will send you a link to choose your image for printing. You will also have the option of purchasing prints of additional images. We can also ship the prints to you or you can pick them up.
How long will it take to receive my prints.
They are custom color prints that usually take 4-6 weeks for delivery. You can get them in a few days, but there is a rush charge associated with that service.
Can I share images from the gallery on my Facebook page?
Yes. Feel free to do that. Each gallery and image has a share link at the top of the page.
