Matthew Francis Kelly, 70, of Philadelphia Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Upper Makefield, Pennsylvania. Kelly’s wish was to be buried with full military honors and a welcome home parade, which upon his return from Vietnam he never received.
